** This project has been awarded to SRV Construction Inc. in the amount of 1,091,468. ** This project provides for the installation of approximately 680 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main by open cut method as well as approximately 1,450 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE sanitary sewer main by pipe bursting method. In addition, the project provides for the connection of existing side sewers by open cut method, manhole installation, surface restoration, and traffic control. The Work shall be substantially complete w ith in 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Burlington, Washington. Engineer's Estimate $825,000 to $925,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal, money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the :'City of Burlington" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
