QUESTION SUBMISSION DATE: JUNE 3, 2022 TIME: 5:00 PMThe provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. Questions, Substitutions, Line Item Modifications, or Clarifications, shall be directed to the City Purchasing Manager, by email at tbarttelbort@cheyennecity.org. Questions will be received until 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME ON FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 2022, after which no additional questions will be accepted. The City will provide a response via Addendum no-later-than 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME ON TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 2022. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, if the total bid amount is $35,000.00 or more. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City..The term of the Contract or Agreement shall be for a period of three (3) years. Pricing options are listed for Calendar Years 2022 (Year 1), 2023 (Year 2), and 2024 (Year 3).
