As of August 11, 2022, project was awarded to French & Parrello Associates, awarded amount is $172,703.41. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF COUNTY BRIDGE WE-74 LOCATED ON WOODSVILLE ROAD OVER PETER'S BROOK, WEST AMWELL AND EAST AMWELL TOWNSHIPS, HUNTERDON COUNTY Project shall be completed within eighteen (18) months of execution of contract by the Hunterdon County Board of County Commissioners. The Consultant agrees to provide the following services divided into the following five phases: Phase I - Design Study; Phase II - Preliminary Design and Permit Documents; Phase III - Final Design; Phase IV - Final Submission; and Phase V - Construction Services. The Scope of Services shall become part of the contract at the time of the award. It shall be assumed that the proposer agrees to the Scope of Services as outlined in this request, in its entirety. The scope may be revised as a result of comments received prior to the award of the contract; however, no deviations or omissions shall be permitted once the contract is awarded even if the successful proposal does not address a specific portion of the RFP.
