Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Repave the Parking lot area of 1980m2 experiencing large number of potholes and major settling of uneven surfaces causing tripping hazards in front and rear areas. Secure bay garage and rear walkway settling tripping hazard also needs replacement. Curb-work and line painting will be also included within the required work By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to cole.murphy@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
