Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Waverly, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Bridge Repair Project Clydeton Rd over Big Richland Creek Little Blue Creek Rd over Little Blue Creek Poplar Grove Rd over Tumbling Creek. The work for which bids are to be submitted consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for the repair of three bridges. This project consists of the repair of three bridges damaged by scour in August 2021. The three bridges included in this single letting contract are: (1) Clydeton Road over Big Richland Creek, (2) Little Blue Creek Road over Little Blue Creek and (3) Poplar Grove Rd over Tumbling Creek. Steel piling supporting an abutment at each bridge was exposed due to scour and will be repaired utilizing a concrete encasement of the exposed piling. All bidders must be licensed general contractors to perform this type of construction herein described. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Plans, and other contract documents may be examined at the Humphreys County Highway Dept. and at Alfred Benesch & Company, 574 Franklin Road, STE 300, Franklin, TN. 37069, phone (615) 414-8226. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
