As of 6/13/2022 this project has been canceled. A timeline for the rebid of this project has not yet been established. Artificial Turf Repair at Kearns, Cottonwood, and Olympus High Schools Initial work to be performed: Repair for various types of seam tears, holes, turf patch / replacement. o All seam repair is to be glued with applied backing tape to meet accepted industry standards. A field condition consultant has identified conditions at each school as of March 2022. These repairs (highlighted in green) require repair and will constitute the scope of work for the bid price. Work is to be coordinated with project manager Work to be completed by July 1, 2022 Contractor must furnish all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the entire project as described in the specifications and drawings (if applicable). A bid that is not responsive includes a bid that: 1. is conditional; 2. attempts to modify the bid requirements; 3. contains additional terms or conditions; or 4. fails to conform with the requirements or specifications of the invitation for bids. A bid that is submitted by a bidder who is not responsible includes a bid where Granite School District concludes that the bidder or an employee, agent, or subcontractor of the bidder, at any tier, is unable to satisfactorily fulfill the bid requirements. Granite School District trash cans and dumpsters may not be used by the contractor or by sub-contractors without specific permission by Granite School District. Any necessary grading, if any is associated with this bid, must be done with equipment that is GPS equipped.
