This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFPQ") is an invitation by Strathcona County (the "County") to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Janitorial Services for Various Locations as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The County is seeking submissions from qualified janitorial firms for the supply of janitorial services at various locations throughout the County commencing in the Fall of 2022. This RFPQ will be used for the purpose of pre-qualifying and short-listing appropriate respondents, to respond to any or all of three (3) anticipated procurement opportunities and to provide the Deliverables. The County's 46 concerned locations are split into three (3) Groups (Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3) (refer to Site Information (Attachment 3)). The anticipated future opportunities will consist of three (3) separate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) (one for each Group), which will be slightly staggered to allow time between awards. Pre-qualified and short-listed respondents who provide a submission(s) to the anticipated RFQs shall be required to service every location assigned within that Group. It's the County's intent to award the three (3) RFQs to a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) selected respondents (a single respondent can only be awarded up to a maximum of two (2) of the RFQs).
