The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites qualified practitioners and/or firms to submit credentials for the design and facilitation of planning sessions with elected officials and senior local government executives. This is not a proposal call. The CRD may choose to publish a subsequent Request for Proposal at a later date. Proponents may be added to an eligibility list for use by the Greater Victoria Purchasing Group, a group of interested Victoria local governments and public authorities. Proponents who participate in either the call for credentials or the following competition may be awarded further work without a competition, whether as follow-on work or on a as and when needed with no guaranteed minimum basis. The CRD reserves the right to extend the Closing Time at its sole discretion. Inquiries, clarifications and submissions are to be directed to Fran Lopez, Manager Strategic Planning (flopez@crd.bc.ca) no later than seven (7) days prior to Closing Time. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
