Waste removal contract at Lake Bistineau State Park located at 103 State Park Road, Doyline, La 71023 beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023 Contact Person: Park Manager (318) 745-3503 Service to include four (4) 8-yard containers to be picked up weekly. Vendor will be required to insure that no spillage will occur during egress of the park due to inadequate cover or receptacles. Vendor will be required to keep containers in good repair. Vendor will be required to dump at an EPA or other health dept. regulated dump site. Vendor shall provide quarterly reports of tonnage collected and disposed of at landfills in connection with this contract. Reports shall be submitted to the park listed on this document. This purchase order is contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the legislature. If the legislature fails to provide sufficient monies for these goods or services at any point prior to delivery of goods or services, State Parks retains the right to terminate at any time without penalty. The quantities listed are estimated to be the amount needed. In the event a greater or lesser amount is needed, the right is reserved by the State of Louisiana to increase or decrease amount at the same price, terms and conditions as stated in the bid. Vendor must supply certificate of insurance for one million dollars to enter park gates. At the option of the State of Louisiana-Office of State Parks and acceptance by the contractor, this purchase order may be extended for two (2) twelve month periods, at the same price, terms and conditions stated in the order. Not to exceed thirty-six (36) months.
