MAXWELL AVENUE SEWER RELOCATION MARIETTA BOARD OF LIGHTS AND WATER MARIETTA, GA Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Maxwell Avenue Sewer Relocation project. The Project consists of approximately 210 feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main; 41 feet of 8-inch cured in place pipe sewer rehabilitation; 3 precast concrete manholes; 2 precast doghouse manholes; rehabilitation of approximately 10 vertical feet of manholes utilizing cementitious lining; reinstatement of service laterals with approximately 1 by robotic means and 4 by open-cut means; and all appurtenant and incidental materials and equipment.The work will be awarded in one prime Contract. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive informalities, and to readvertise.
