Submission of Bids. All bids shall be signed by an authorized employee of the firm. All attachments to the IFB requiring executing by the firm are to be returned with the bids. It is the Bidder's responsibility that the bids are received by BVU Purchasing BEFORE the hour specified on the opening date. Requests for extensions of this time and date will not be granted. Firms mailing their bids shall allow for normal mail time to ensure receipt of their bids by BVU Purchasing prior to the time and date fixed for acceptance of the bids.
