Contract No. 2021-02 1. 200 Tons of PA 2A Limestone 2. 400 Tons of AASHTO #7 Limestone 3. 150 Tons of AASHTO #2 Limestone 4. 60 Tons of Gabion Limestone Contract No. 2021-01 Alternate Bid Items 5. 400 Tons of AASHTO #8 Limestone Contract No. 2021-03 1. 47,000 SY of Single Seal Bituminous Coating All bidding requirements, conditions and materials furnished shall conform to the current specifications of Penn DOT form 408 and appropriate Bulletins unless otherwise specified Bidders may submit proposals on any individual item or any combination of these items or on all items. Proposal Forms, Specifications, Form of Contract and Instructions to Bidders may be viewed and obtained at the Darlington Township Municipal Office at 3590 Darlington Road, Darlington Township, Pennsylvania 16115. All proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality and delivered as specified in Instructions to Bidders. Bid and Performance Bonds with Certificate of Insurance shall be furnished as specified in Instructions to Bidders. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal or any part of a proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
