Replacement of PRVs includes demolition of existing facilities, installation of new pressure reducing valve assemblies and vaults including piping appurtenances, connections to the storm drain system, road and sidewalk restoration, and landscape restoration. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $4,780,000 to $5,500,000. All physical work shall be completed in the time specified in Section 1-08.5. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates.
