This invitation is for carpet replacement as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project.Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 7/30/2022.Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated. This invitation is for carpet replacement as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Project consists of removing existing carpeting in the corridors and bedrooms (46) prep floor and install new sheet carpeting per the specifications in section 096816 of this project manual. Contractor shall provide lump sum bids for in the following manner. 1. Corridors only 2. Corridors and bedrooms.
