**As of July 06, 2022, project was awarded to Tucson Inc., awarded amount is $995,772.75.** Eastern Annexation Sanitary Sewer & Water Extension Project The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct, but not limited to the following: 5,680 LF of 8" SDR-35, (18) sanitary manholes, lateral wyes, 3,666 LF of 12" C-900 waterline, and service connections. Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost: $1,018,800. An additional fee is applicable if requesting mailing of the bidding documents. Bid bonds provided from this contract shall be underwritten by a surety that is licensed by the State of Ohio superintendence of insurance to execute such bond in the state. All bonds shall affirmatively state on their face that the surety is authorized to execute bonds in the state and that liability incurred is within the limits of Section 3929.02 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid bond shall be made payable to the Village of Sugarcreek and shall serve as a guarantee that in the event the proposal is accepted and a contract is awarded to the successful bidder, the contract will be executed by the bidder from the Bond submitted with the Bid. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Tuscarawas County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage an Hour Administration, 614.644.2239.
