The project is a 30 x 44 -8 warehouse addition located at 700 Belden Parkway NE, Sugarcreek, OH 44681. The Engineer s estimate for the project is $110,000. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty form of: (1) a certified check, or cashier s check, or letter of credit, equal to 10% of the bid; or (2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid; both form of guaranty as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the Project Specifications. The township will award the contract on July 17th of 2023 if the bid meets all specifications.
