Renovation of a municipal facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The bids are being solicited for the construction of cabinets/finishes and wallcovering/ painting in two executive offices at the Huntsville Utilities Downtown facility located at 112 Spragins Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801. Only bids of such Contractors who are licensed prior to the date of the bid opening will be considered. A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5% of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $50,000.00, will be required to accompany each contractor's bid. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
