This washroom will be located in close proximity to the 3rd floor conference center. For more information contact Keri Malcolm, Senior Procurement Advisor SCM Procurement Operations Department 360 Portage Avenue (2) Winnipeg MB R3C 0G8 Email: kmalcolm@hydro.mb.ca Proponent representatives will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or provide a negative result from a Health Canada approved COVID-19 rapid test, taken no more than 48 hours prior to attendance at a Manitoba Hydro Site. Manitoba Hydro's health and safety protocols shall be followed at all times, regardless of an individual's vaccination status. Each Proponents representative will be required to legibly record the Proponent's and his/her personal name and signature on Manitoba Hydro's Site sign-in sheet as evidence of attendance at the Site visit. Failure to attend a mandatory Site visit shall disqualify a potential Proponent from further participation in this procurement process.
