This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Institute of Trades & Technology ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for complete design-build services of replacing two boilers at the MITT Pembina Campus at 1551 Pembina Highway, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: Contract Administrator: El Dela Cruz Email: cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD or MITT other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal.
