Site work for a water / sewer project in Peosta, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project provides for the funding for the completion of the Old Highway Road water main installation project. In 2002 the Water Department installed 12" water main Old Highway Road from Seippel Road near the entrance of the Dubuque County Fairgrounds. In 2003 the Water Department installed 12" water main on Old Highway Road from Radford Road to near address #5520 Old Highway Road. There is approx. 4,600 feet remaining between the two water main installation projects. This project would remove two dead end water mains creating a loop in support of the West Side Industrial Park and English Mill Pump Station. The project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 27, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
