Demolition for a warehouse / distribution facility in Southport, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility.
D1.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the asbestos and other hazardous material abatement, and the demolition of the buildings located at 165 Drive and 18 Yellow quill Drive in Southport Manitoba. D1.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Demolition of 3 building structures and the backfill of the excavation (b) Asbestos and other hazardous material abatement (c) Installation of protective barriers around the Site during demolition process (d) Maintaining Site, public and traffic safety (e) Waste Management and recording of material removed from the Site to meet the requirements of the demolition (f) Means to minimize Dust, Noise, and Vibration around the Site (g) Remove all building foundations (h) Disconnect and decommission all utilities D1.3 The Contractor is responsible to provide a Waste Management Plan to the Contract Administrator along with subsequent follow up documentation as indicated in the Contract Documents The work to be done under this tender consists of hazardous material abatement and the demolition of buildings located at 165 Centennaire Drive and 18 Yellowquill Drive, Southport, MB.
