Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Southport, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The intent of this RFQ is to obtain offers to complete plumbing and HVAC on the proposed commercial spa area in the East Annex of Southport Recplex as specified below, for Southport Aerospace Centre Inc. (the Owner), located at Southport, Manitoba. Plumbing: Remove Existing plumbing in old washroom. Rough in plumbing for new washrooms. Hot and cold drainage to each room. Cold, hot water main distribution complete with new Electric Hot Water Tank. Install sinks and faucets in all proposed rooms. Treatments rooms to have stainless steel sinks and fixtures. Washrooms to have decorative sinks and gold fixtures. HVAC: New heating system Natural Gas High-Efficiency furnace complete with A/C. HRV system for new furnace and proposed space. Complete supply and return of new ductwork for proposed space. Exhaust fans in all washrooms. Testing and Balancing of system.
