This contract will be automatically renewed for two (2) additional one-year terms, unless Purchasing is notified, in writing, by the Contractor; or notifies the Contractor, in writing, 90 days calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal as deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Wisconsin.
