A qualified environmental consulting firm is needed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the on-site wastewater treatment system(s) at Hoeft and Seven Lakes State Parks. Analysis shall include, at a minimum, the evaluation of existing system(s), installation of groundwater monitoring wells where applicable, and quarterly groundwater and effluent sampling to gauge the extent of treatment accomplished by the current system. This is critical due to the suspected high strength wastewater at these facilities. The project scope shall also include a summary of the analysis and resulting recommendations for pretreatment or system upgrades as required in the form of a final report. The state reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received because of this Request for Proposals. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
