Renovation of a municipal facility in Tahoe City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace six (6) existing horizontal fan coils. Cut and patch/replace the ceiling in the vicinity of each fan coil. Re-connect electrical wiring and refrigerant piping. Replace hot water coil piping assemblies. Refer to plans for further information. District reserves the right, in its discretion, to accept the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or the bid process, to determine the responsibility of any Bidder, and/or to determine which bid is most advantageous to the District. After the opening of bids, bids may only be withdrawn in strict accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code section 5100, et seq. Bids must remain valid for a period of 45 days following the bid opening. Award of the bid is subject to the availability of funds. The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace six (6) existing horizontal fan coils. Cut and patch/replace the ceiling in the vicinity of each fan coil. Re-connect electrical wiring and refrigerant piping. Replace hot water coil piping assemblies. Refer to plans for further information. All work under this contract shall be completed within the time constraints defined below: 1. The Notice to Proceed will be issued approximately June 30, 2022. 2. All construction activities for the Project shall begin on September 1, 2022. 3. All work will be complete by November 1, 2022 4. Punchlist will be complete by November 15, 2022.
