The City of Cheney Light Department is requesting sealed bids for secondary trenching and boring. A certified check or bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid document. Bids which are not accompanied by such a check or bid bond will be rejected. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive minor irregularities. The City of Cheney is an equal opportunity organization.
