**This project has been awarded to Contech Engineered Solutions. ** As requested by the Engineering & Roads Department, Spokane County has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the purpose and intent of issuing a unit-priced, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the purchase and delivery of culvert and Drainpipe and components on an as needed basis. EACH BID shall constitute an offer to Spokane County as outlined herein. Bid prices will include all costs associated with the performance of the contract such as sales tax, permits, insurance, shipping, handling, freight charges, etc. Installation of products is not included. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document on portal ,QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via portal Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions via portal thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders.
