As of August 3 2022, project was awarded to awarded to A&S Electrical Services, but awarded amount is not available. The Work as shown on the Contract Drawings titled "Madison Downtown Center Utility Project" dated 5-25-2022, includes the installation of electric and telecommunication conduit, electric utility structures, telecommunication utility structures, relocating existing electric structures, cutting and modifying existing conduit runs, removing and resetting brick paver sidewalk, installation of granite curbing and construction of an island within the Town Right-ofWay for a proposed transformer. The foregoing is a general description only, and shall not be construed as a complete description of the Work to be performed for the project. A Bid Bond, Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Performance Bond will be required as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in Bids, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept a Bid that in its sole discretion is in the best interest of the Town.
