CBRE Limited (CBRE) is issuing this announcement to serve as notification of our upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for Infrastructure Ontario (IO) Standby Generator Maintenance RFP - 2022. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit information and pricing for Standby Generator Maintenance services to entities of IO within the province of Ontario in Canada. Your company will have the opportunity to maintain the Standby Generators and Diesel Fire Pumps (engines only) used to ensure standby and emergency power and fire pump operations in approximately 260 buildings. Proponents will be required to provide a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Certificate in the amount of $5 million to CBRE within ten (10) days of Award Notification for the provision of the services. CBRE also requires additional umbrella coverage of $5 million. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
