SCOPE OF WORK: Tear out carpet in all areas highlighted in green on the floor plan (hallways, some offices, landings by elevators), to include tear out, disposal, scraping, and priming floors. Install 24x24 carpet tile border (price 24x24, may be cut back to 18" from wall). Install 18x24 carpet tile inside both borders with herringbone pattern (see picture). Install walk-of carpet tile in main entry (center of building) & east entryway. Install new stair treads on west wing, east wing going to basement, and east wing going to 2nd floor. Install carpet tile on center stairs going to 2nd floor. Install 6'4"x6'4" logo accent piece in center of hallway.
