Find your local number: https://us02web.zoom.us/u/kbvKF6SNdg This project consists of removal and replacement of approx. 11,100 linear feet of 36-inch RCP gravity sewer with 48-inch fiberglass reinforced polymer mortar pipe and approx. 36 manholes, from SH 105/BNSF RR to North Loop 336 in the City of Conroe. Proposed gravity sewer installation will consist of primarily open cut construction; however, trenchless methods are required at crossings of BNSF Railroad, State Highways and local streets. The project scope also includes construction of approx. 134 linear feet of 8-inch sewer, approx. 146 linear feet 6-inch sewer, necessary traffic controls, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), sewer bypass, easement/construction access clearing and site restoration.
Questions must be submitted electronically.CSP's must be accompanied by a certified check upon some responsible bank of the State of Texas or a bid bond from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas in the amount of 10% of the bid.The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas and approved by the Federal Government.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all CSPs, award parts of bids and to waive informalities in submission of CSPs. The deadline to ask questions is 6/20/2022 2:00 PM CST Bids may be submitted online through website or hard copy.
