The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, cement treatment ofsubgrade, installing an asphaltparking lot, new roadway, sidewalks, busstop provisions, parking lot lighting, and installing accessible curb ramps. Bids are required forthe entire work described herein The City reserves the right after opening bids to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality (non-responsiveness) in a bid, or to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and reject all other bids, as it may be bestserve the interest ofthe City; (b) The ranking of bids will be based on the combination ofbid schedules that the City awards; (c) As a condition ofaward, the successful biddershall furnish apayment bond and aperformance bond each in the full amount ofthe contract price.
