Contract 1 - Work is to include replacement of approximately 8275 LF of 8-inch waterline, 3869 LF of 6-inch waterline and 1130 LF of 2-inch waterline, other appurtenances, and service meters. Approximately 1300 LF of Directional Drill and the Rehab of a PRV vault. Bids will be received from a single prime Contractor per each contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. This contract is being funded in part with an SRF loan. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
