Site work for a water / sewer project in Fleming, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work is generally to include replacement of gravity sewer line, manholes, and laterals in Fleming-Neon, KY. Questions regarding this project must be received by Nesbitt Engineering, Inc. (859-685-4547bgreenwell@nei-ky.com) in writing no later than 5:00 pm on 03/17/2023. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. All bidders shall submit with their bid an acceptable bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Owner. The Bidder awarded the contract shall complete this project within 60 calendar days of the construction start date. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $750 per calendar day.
