Site work for a water / sewer project in Fleming, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Fleming-Neon is soliciting qualiÀ cations from consulting engineers for professional engineering services on the Waterline Improvement Project - Phase 4. Phase 4 will replace waterlines and appurtenances within the Haymond area of the distribution system. This area of the system was ranked #4 in need for project by the Fleming-Neon water company. Radio read meters will continue to be installed in this project. Replacement of the Haymond pump station is included in this project. A master meter and vault will be included within the project to help monitor usage, along with future leak detection. The City of Fleming-Neon is seeking the technical assistance of a qualiÀ ed Engineering consulting À rm to assist them in the development, planning, design, and construction observation of qualiÀ ed projects. Minimum requirements include previous experience in engineering on similar projects. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, Title VI, Section 504 and EO 11246. Local, minority, and female owned À rms are particularly encouraged to participate. The City of Fleming-Neon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
