This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Health (the Ministry), for the purpose of gathering information about the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to provide information for Flow Generator Equipment, as further described in the RFI Particulars (Appendix A). The GOS requires supply and delivery of CPAP, Auto CPAP, BiLevel (positive and timed airway), and Adaptive Servo-Ventilation (ASV) Flow Generator Equipment for the Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living (SAIL) Respiratory Equipment Program. The intent of this RFI is to test the current available equipment in the marketplace to determine if and how it would best suit the needs of the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). The results of this RFI may be used for future competitions.
