This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Notifier Fire Panel System Maintenance as further described below (the "Deliverables"): Maintain all SaskTel sites for fire panel system maintenance, repair and yearly verification abilities. Technical support to maintain various fire panel systems at numerous SaskTel locations in Saskatchewan. Capacity to respond to any serious issue within a timely manner, specifically within Regina and Saskatoon cities. Technicians residing in both Regina and Saskatoon. Capacity to perform complete installations, maintenance capabilities and yearly verification for insurance purposes. Provide complete reports/documentation for all verifications done at each location. Participation process: Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel's e-Sourcing tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel's Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel's Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity. Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
