The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The inspection, testing and maintenance of Static Transfer Switches and Power Distribution Units at various City of Raleigh locations The City reserves the right to award to one vendor or multiple vendors based on equipment type and/or manufacturer, whichever is advantageous to the City. The City currently has equipment at various locations. The number of equipment is subject to change and the City reserves the right to either add or delete equipment and/or frequency of services Services will begin according to the signed contract between the Contractor and the City. The term of the awarded contract is expected to be for five (5) years. Contractor shall be notified in writing of the City's intention to extend the contract term at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract with no additional increase in pricing.
