Renovation of a water / sewer project in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Abbotsford invites tenders for JAMES WWTP 500kW Standby Generator No. 2 and Fuel System Upgrade. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installation of a new 500KW Standby Cummins Generator; installation of a new, 35,000 L above ground, double wall, steel diesel tank to supply both the new and existing generators; installation of a fuel conditioning system to supply both the new and existing generators; supply and installation of new foundations for the new fuel tank; upgrading of the existing foundation to support the new generator; supply and installation of electrical and instrumentation components and wiring for the complete working of the above systems; supply and installation of piping and valving components for the complete working of the above system; start-up and commissioning activities of the above systems and equipment; and various demolition, removals and site restoration activities.
