Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Port, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of North Port is requesting sealed bids to secure the services of an experienced, professional, licensed, and qualified Contractor capable of providing services in accordance with specifications to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct a 10-foot-wide shared use path and pedestrian bridge over the Bass Point Waterway along the north side of Woodhaven Drive, for a total length of approximately 1,438 feet, to fill a gap in the existing sidewalk network. All Potential Bidders Are Recommended to Attend the Non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit Will Be Conducted to Answer Questions Regarding the Bid Requirements. The Purpose of the Pre-bid Meeting Is to Provide a Briefing on the City's Expectations and Performance Requirements for Submission of Bid Documents. Project No.:1130.2100510.0000
