Widen Selma Avenue sidewalk to sidewalk 3. Pave Police Department Parking lot to Bashford Avenue and stripe parking spaces 4. Remove and haul away spoils as needed 5. Raise any utility lids needed to create smoothest transition possible 6. All surfaces to be paved shall be cleaned of loose material 7. Cut keyways around drains and every entranceway, so all tie ins will be flush with paving 8. Apply Tack Coat 9. Wedge roadway as needed with surface mix asphalt 10. Pave roadway traffic yellow double line with stop bars and arrows 11. Bid shall meet all state paving criteria 12. Manage all traffic for duration of project 13.
