For the following: Design, furnishing and delivery of One (1) Single Cell Concrete Box Culvert; 64 Lin. Ft., 12-foot span by 6-foot rise Lime Creek Rd - 0.5 miles east of Gallup Road Lenawee County, Medina Township, Section 16 & 21 Following the bid opening the bids are reviewed by various staff members in order to make a recommendation to the County Board of Road Commissioners at its next regular meeting. During this time period the bids are closed and information regarding the bids is not available. Bids will be awarded at the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting of the Board of County Road Commissioners following the due date for receipt of bids. Notification of the bid award will be mailed to each bidder on the next business day following the Board Meeting. We propose to design, furnish and delivery of One (1) Single Cell Concrete Box Culvert Structure, according to the following listed requirements and specifications. One (1) Single Cell Concrete Box Culvert: Design and furnish one (1) 64 Lin. Ft, 12-foot span by 6-foot rise. Fabrication of structures shall conform to American Standard of Testing Methods (ASTM) C1577 and Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) 2012 Standard Specifications for Construction, Section 401 Culverts and any other respective Subsections. The concrete box culvert shall be built in 1 phase and comprised of 10 pre-cast sections and based on one (1) foot of cover. Construction drawings shall be furnished with box culverts to show complete assembly procedure.
