Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 900-square-foot municipal facility.

This project is for various improvements to an existing building on Township Block 38, Lot 18.02, located along Mine Hill Road. The improvements are as detailed in the project specification and drawings. The major improvement items and approximate quantities include Replace Shingle Roof with a Standing Seam Metal Roof, 900 sq. ft.; replace cedar siding with fiber cement siding, 750 sq. ft.; apply insect and wood preservative to 'log' building front; renovate bathroom with vinyl flooring and replace toilet, sink, ADA grab bars, mirror, light fixture, electric baseboard heater, molding and paint; reconstruct concrete walkway for ADA access, 15 sq. yds. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a Consent of Surety plus a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, not to exceed $20,000, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, binding the bidder to execute a contract and furnish the required performance and payment bonds within ten (10) days after notification of acceptance of this bid. A Non-Collusion Affidavit shall also be submitted. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Bidder and Owner shall comply with the Equal Opportunity for Individuals with Disability provisions of the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990. The Township of Washington also reserves the right to extend or reduce the scope of work to remain within the allotted funds available. No bidder may withdraw this bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening of bids. By order of the Governing Body of the Township of Washington.
