The Town Board of the Town of Cross, Buffalo County, Wisconsin is accepting sealed bids for Chip-sealing using 100% fractured Dark Granite Chip for the following LRIP (Local Road Improvement Program) project o Wedge where needed and Double chip-seal River Road (from chip-seal end 2021 to Glencoe town line 1.15 miles) Also bids for each of the following projects: o Single chip-seal Doelle Valley Road (fire number #S2940 to River Road intersection) o Single chip-seal Doelle Valley Road (River Road intersection to bottom of Wolfe Dugway) The Town of Cross reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof. Unless the bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder
