To be given consideration, such request must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the Proposals The proposed work is to include, but not be limited to, construction of two new mast arm traffic signals at the intersection of W Cleveland Street and S Rome Avenue. As part of the project, minor geometric changes will be made as appropriate, including curb bulb outs, new crosswalks, pedestrian signals, ADA-compliant ramps, detectable warning mats, and drainage modifications with all associated work required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents. A contractor must be pre-qualified in accordance with Rule Chapter 14-22 on the date of the Bid Opening or provide sufficient evidence of qualifications within ten (10) days thereof. All bidders must provide Certification of Current Capacity and Status of Contracts on Hand on the day of Bid Opening The City of Tampa reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the Bid and/or Bid Bond. Acceptance or rejection of Proposals will be made as soon as practicable after the Proposals are received, but the City reserves the right to hold Proposals for ninety (90) days from the date of Opening.
