Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandyston, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The principal items of work to be constructed along with their approximate quantities are as follows: Excavation, Earth: 190 Cu. Yd., Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64, 2" Thick: 135 Tons, Dense Graded Aggregate Base Course, 4" Thick: 260 Tons ,Topsoiling 2" Thick, Seeding, Fertilizing & Mulching: 525 Square Yards, Other Items. Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, provided said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars) nor shall it be less than $500.00 (five hundred dollars). The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. All work under this Contract shall be completed by August 31, 2022.
