Work under this contract shall include furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to provide complete, functioning Subsurface Sewage Disposal System for restroom building at Stokes State Forest. B. Completion of the project will require, but is not limited to, furnishing all material and labor for installation of the following: Site clearing and preparation of the site for the system replacement, including the removal of trees and vegetation, existing asphalt, and the removal and disposal of the existing septic tank(s), lateral piping, disposal field and all other parts uncovered associated with the existing septic system. Precast concrete septic, reactor, and clear well tanks, complete with effluent pumps, and controls capable of automatically operating the pump, and generating alarms. Installation of a new septic disposal field. The new field shall be constructed of washed gravel with perforated PVC distribution laterals supplied by a manifold. Electrical work required for installation of new circuit breakers, submersible pumps, water level alarms, pump control panels with alarms, junction boxes and all associated conductors and conduits. Restoration in-kind of all lateral and conduit trenches, tank installation and/or removal. All trenches through pavement to be restored in-kind with full depth pavement restoration. Restoration of the septic field area consisting of topsoil, fertilizer and seeding. Installation and removal of soil erosion and sediment control measures.
