Intergovernmental agreement This public tender is subject to the following agreements: Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement (AQNB 2008) Price adjustment clause - materials and equipment Given the delivery times for certain equipment, the contract contains a price adjustment clause for certain materials and equipment.
