This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville ("the Counties") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Slurry Seal Surface Treatment Type ll, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFT PARTICULARS (the "Deliverables"). The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year. The successful contractor will be responsible for the supply and placement of Slurry Seal Type ll and temporary pavement markings on County Road 2 and County Road 9.
