Renovation of a mixed-use development in Live Oak, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Suwannee County School District, hereinafter referred to as the District or SCSD, are requesting bids from qualified companies, hereinafter referred to as Vendor(s) for all material and labor associated with the purchase and installation of a VHF Mhz BiDirectional Amplifier (BDA) to enhance the indoor radio coverage for the 150 MHz School Transportation radio system. DIRECT ALL INQUIRIES TO: Ronnie Gray, Safety and Security Director ronald.gray@suwannee.k12.fl.us (386) 647-4644 or (386) 205-0294.SCSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, whichever may be in the best interest of SCSD.The initial term of the contract shall be for a start date of June 28, 2022 following the Suwannee County School Board approval. The anticipated date of award is June 28, 2022. The initial term of the contract shall be from the board approval date to Final Completion. All items are to be bid FOB Destination, with all transportation charges prepaid and included in the bid prices, and title transferring to SCSD at the time of delivery (if applicable). Any exceptions to these freight terms taken by the bidder must be clearly stated in the bidder's bid response form. The Facilities Department will evaluate any such exceptions and determine if the exception constitutes grounds for rejection of the bidder's response. The last day to submit questions concerning this ITB shall be June 23, 2022. Questions received after this time will not be addressed.
